AHH IT BURNS MY EYES (hahah, pun!)
Wow, this was done so lazily and fast. ]: Basically, all I did was quickly draw the image, scanned it on to Open Canvas, colored the water and added text, spewed out an onslaught of textures, and then made demented stars. BUT BUT BUT, I finally was able to submit an IT fanart. ;D
I should probably make IT [more puns!] up to FMC by drawing an alternative version with crocodiles/snakes/angry hobos/ectetera because she'd probably be more pleased with that, but I need to reboot my computer first.
